About The Event

This relaxed, six week course is for;

  • Women new to meditation
  • Women who don't have the time to meditate
  • Women who already meditate, but want to deepen their  practice
  • Women who 'can't'meditate', because they have too much on their minds

By the end of this six-week experience, you will have;

  • Dropped your expectations around meditation
  • Learned different ways in which you can meditate
  • Formed a deeper soul connection
  • Be able to meditate comfortably for 30 minutes at a time
