Can I transfer to another date, if I am unable to make the date I am booked on?
YES. We are more than happy to transfer you to an alternative retreat date, of the same value (or higher and you can pay the difference).
Do you offer different payment plans?
YES. We will work with you, to create a realistic payment plan.
How do I make a complaint?
