CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your space on the retreat, a minimum of 6 weeks notice is required for UK retreats and 8 weeks for overseas retreats. If you have paid more than 50% of the total retreat cost, you will be refunded 30 working days after the retreat date.

All cancellations are charged at 25% of the retreat cost.

Should any circumstances beyond our control arise, resulting in us having to cancel (a full refund will be given).

No refunds are given if the cancellation period is less than six weeks. You can however transfer your booking to another retreat of the same value, or higher and pay the difference.

14 Day Refund Policy - A full refund will be given, if you cancel within 14 days of booking. This DOES NOT APPLY to discounted/ last minute bookings/if there is less than 60 days from booking, to the retreat date.

REFUNDS

You will be refunded, minus the 25% cancellation fee, via the method you paid, within 30 working days of cancellation. Please also refer to cancellations and transfers.

TRANSFERS

If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to transfer your space to a friend or family member, or to another one of our retreats of the same value (or pay the difference, if you wish to transfer to a retreat that is higher in value).

LATE PAYMENTS
All payments need to be made on time, in line with your payment schedule. If you are having any difficulties, please email hello@thesoulcareretreat.co.uk in the first instance. We will always do our best to work with you, to find a solution, to keep your space on the retreat secure. If your payments are not made on time and you do not get in touch with us, this could result in losing your space on the retreat. However, You will be refunded, minus the 25% cancellation fee.

CHANGES TO SCHEDULE
In the event that a teacher or facilitator is unable to attend, your workshop will be led by another teacher/facilitator, but content will be kept the same.

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

The Soul Care Retreat does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from anyone under the age of 18.

If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, please contact us immediately and we will promptly remove such information from our records.

ONLINE PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy applies only to my online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect in The Soul Care Retreat. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website.
