If you need to cancel your space on the retreat, a minimum of 6 weeks notice is required for UK retreats and 8 weeks for overseas retreats. If you have paid more than 50% of the total retreat cost, you will be refunded 30 working days after the retreat date.
All cancellations are charged at 25% of the retreat cost.
Should any circumstances beyond our control arise, resulting in us having to cancel (a full refund will be given).
No refunds are given if the cancellation period is less than six weeks. You can however transfer your booking to another retreat of the same value, or higher and pay the difference.
14 Day Refund Policy - A full refund will be given, if you cancel within 14 days of booking. This DOES NOT APPLY to discounted/ last minute bookings/if there is less than 60 days from booking, to the retreat date.
You will be refunded, minus the 25% cancellation fee, via the method you paid, within 30 working days of cancellation. Please also refer to cancellations and transfers.
If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to transfer your space to a friend or family member, or to another one of our retreats of the same value (or pay the difference, if you wish to transfer to a retreat that is higher in value).
All payments need to be made on time, in line with your payment schedule. If you are having any difficulties, please email email@example.com in the first instance. We will always do our best to work with you, to find a solution, to keep your space on the retreat secure. If your payments are not made on time and you do not get in touch with us, this could result in losing your space on the retreat. However, You will be refunded, minus the 25% cancellation fee.
If we have to cancel a retreat, due to a UK lockdown, a full refund will be issued.
You will not be refunded, if you test positive for Covid and are unable to attend as a result. However, you can either transfer to another retreat of the same value (you will be given priority), or you can transfer your space to a friend/family member.
Covid 19 Safety Measures
Whilst Covid-19 safety measures and restrictions are in place, we ask that you;
1. Follow the current government guidance on measures such as hand washing and social distancing.
2. Do not attend, if are displaying any symptoms and subsequently test positive, or have knowingly been in contact with anyone who has Covid 19/is still contagious.
3. Follow the protocols and safety measures put in place by by The Soul Care Retreat.
4. Immediately inform The Soul Care Retreat/Retreat Leader, should I develop symptoms during, or following my attendance at the retreat.
CHANGES TO SCHEDULE
In the event that a teacher or facilitator is unable to attend, your workshop will be led by another teacher/facilitator, but content will be kept the same.
